We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to ensure a smooth and fair experience. This warranty outlines how we support our projects after completion, with clear expectations and defined coverage.

All cabinetry, hardware, and related products or accessories are covered solely under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by manufacturer.

Space Art Cabinetry warrants that design services and materials will be provided in accordance with the approved plans for a period of one (1) year from the date the work is marked as completed by the Company. All plans are considered final upon approval, and changes or preferences after approval are not covered.

Where installation is arranged by Space Art Cabinetry, installation workmanship is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date the work is marked as completed by the Company. Installation may be performed by Space Art Cabinetry or by independent installers. Where performed by others, any workmanship warranty is provided by the installer. If installation is not arranged by Space Art Cabinetry, no installation warranty is provided.

For projects completed in phases or stages, each phase shall have its own completion date and corresponding warranty period. Delays, additional phases, or future work do not extend or restart the warranty period of previously completed work.

Certain items or services may be provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to countertops and similar third-party items or services. Any warranty for such items is provided solely by the respective third party, if any.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, damage caused by others, including contractors or trades on site, modifications or repairs by others, site conditions, environmental factors, or damage caused by fire, flood, water intrusion, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Company’s control. Warranty does not apply where site conditions are not suitable for proper installation or performance.

Natural variations in materials, including color, grain, texture, and expansion or contraction, are not considered defects. Replacement items may vary from original selections, and exact matches are not guaranteed. If a product is discontinued or unavailable, a similar product may be used.

Warranty is void if the work is altered, adjusted, or affected by others after completion.

Warranty service is subject to the site being reasonably clean, safe, and accessible. If the site is not in serviceable condition, service may be declined or considered additional work. Delays caused by site conditions or access limitations may affect service timing without liability.

Minor adjustments after normal use may be considered service and not warranty.

All claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period and must allow reasonable access for inspection and service.

This warranty is limited to the correction of covered items only. Any additional work, costs, or damages resulting from a covered defect, including but not limited to labor, delivery, removal, reinstallation, or related work, are not covered. Any service or work outside the scope of this warranty shall be considered additional work.

The method, scope, and timing of any warranty resolution, including repair, replacement, partial remedy, or credit, shall be determined solely by the Company based on what is reasonable and practical.

In no event shall the Company’s responsibility exceed the original scope of work performed.

Warranty coverage is contingent upon the account being in good standing. Space Art Cabinetry reserves the right to suspend or deny warranty service for any outstanding balance. The warranty period is not extended by delayed payment.

Determination of coverage under this warranty shall be made solely by the Company. Any additional assistance may be provided at the Company’s sole discretion.
